Pandanus 5 Pty Ltd has a 100% cancellation policy for all cancellations made within 48 hours of departure. Failure to board constitutes "No Refund". We reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of persons required (5 persons) for a tour are not met in such cases a full refund will be given.
