Non-Refundable Tickets
All bookings are final, and non-refundable. Date changes may be requested up to 5 days prior to the event. Changes are subject to availability on the requested date.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit their booking without the option to reschedule.
Age Restriction
Bookings are strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Identification may be requested.
Special Requests
Dietary requirements or special requests must be communicated at the time of booking.
Event Cancellations by Organisers
In the unlikely event the organisers need to cancel, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
