I confirm that I am aware that I am boarding a charter fishing vessel to fish in open freshwater and possibly in sites that are difficult for rescue vessels to reach, making it difficult for rescue, medical assistance, or other assistance.
I understand and assume the risks and hazards associated with freshwater fishing. These risks and hazards include, but are not limited to, sun, rain, lightning, water spray, and other weather conditions; motion sickness; pitching and rolling; and slippery and wet decks and surfaces. Injuries – internal and external – may result from boarding and disembarking the vessel, fish, fishing, fishing tackle and gear, and the conduct of any other persons on the boat.
In consideration of being accepted to participate in this fishing trip, I hereby personally assume all risks and hazards of the activity, whether foreseen or not, that may occur while I am a participant.
I understand and agree that neither Barra Private Tours, nor its fishing charters operations manager (Floran Dos Santos) may be held liable or responsible to me or my family or estate in any way for any injury, death or other loss or damage to me that may occur as a result of my participation in this fishing activity or as a result of the negligence of any person, including the released parties and other passengers on the vessel, whether passive or active.
I RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE any of the released parties in respect of anything arising from the fishing activity or any related rescue operations.

TURBULENT WEATHER
The Northern Territory can experience rough weather. The guide may decide to postpone or seek shelter.

INSURANCE
Barra Private Tours recommends comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover. They are not responsible for trip cost losses, airfares, lost holiday time, or other financial consequences due to weather cancellations. Trips may be cancelled due to tropical cyclone warnings, strong wind warnings, other natural disasters, or wind speeds exceeding safe operating limits. Claims for missed fishing time and travel changes should be made through travel insurance.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Barra Private Tours may take photos and publish them for promotional purposes. Inform them if you do not wish to be photographed.

CHILDREN
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
