If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation will be charged.
TOURISM TOP END:
Cancellations after booking confirmation will attract a 12.5% administration fee.
AMENDMENTS: An amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
CANCELLATIONS: Operator cancellation fees are in addition to Tourism Top End's cancellation fee.
INSURANCE: Customers may wish to consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation and amendment fees. CREDIT CARD FEES: Credit card fees are not refundable.
REFUNDS: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible. This is generally within 14 days, however, in some circumstances it may take longer.
