We offer modalities including Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage and Reflexology to improve the flow of blood and lymph (fluid in lymph glands, part of immune system), to reduce muscular tension or flaccidity, to affect the nervous system through stimulation or sedation, and to enhance tissue healing. Chilax Body Therapy aims to use effective methods for the relief of muscular, soft tissue strains and; or just simply for the relaxation of the body and mind.
