DARWIN ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE:
For this event, children under 3 years old may attend without their own ticket, but they must sit on a parent or guardian’s lap and may not occupy their own seat ('babes-in-arms' / 'free on the knee'). All children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Guests must follow all venue policies and security procedures. Please refer to the venue’s Conditions of Entry Here

CROCOSAURUS COVE:
Ticket Pricing: All ticket prices are displayed in AUD and are valid until the 31st of March 2024.
Cancellation Policy: 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to booking date.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 48 hrs of cancellation notification. Infant 0-3 years is free of charge. Child age is 4-15 years unless otherwise stated in the combo tickets. Seniors prices are valid for holders of a valid and government issued seniors card. Valid for full day entry. Wrist passes can be obtained at the ticket desk if you wish to come and go throughout the day.

TOURISM TOP END:
Cancellations after booking confirmation will attract a 12.5% administration fee.
AMENDMENTS: An amendment fee of $25.00 will be charged per itinerary change.
CANCELLATIONS: Operator cancellation fees are in addition to Tourism Top End's cancellation fee.
INSURANCE: Customers may wish to consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation and amendment fees. CREDIT CARD FEES: Credit card fees are not refundable.
REFUNDS: If you are entitled to a refund, it will be processed as quickly as possible. This is generally within 14 days, however, in some circumstances it may take longer.
