Cancellation Policy

Club Tropical Resort Darwin requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. Any cancellation inside of this time frame will incur a charge equivalent to the first nights payment. All cancellations must be received in writing to reservations@clubtropicalresortdarwin.com.au quoting your reference number
No refunds will be issued for any reduction in stay after check in.
