KATHERINE REGION VISITOR GUIDE

The 2010/2011 edition of the Katherine Region Visitor Guide is now in production.

This guide is vital component to the marketing of the Katherine Region inclusive of the Borroloola & the Gulf, Douglas & Daly River, Mataranka, Stuart Highway & Roper River, Timber Creek and the Victoria River regions.

A total of 70 000 copies of the guide will be printed and distributed through roadhouses, railway stations and visitor centre’s throughout the NT and key gateways in QLD, WA and SA.

How to advertise: 

1. Complete the booking form by entering:

• Your business name & details
• Indicating what size advert to book 
• Advising your artwork requirements ie whether you submit your own, re-run the previous advert (at no additional cost) or require your artwork to be created for you at an additional hourly rate of $66 per hour including GST. 

2. Fax the form to 08 89817346 or email to marketing@tourismtopend.com.au prior to Friday 6 November 2009. 

3. Submit artwork by Monday 16 November 2009

• Submit your own – email to marketing@tourismtopend.com.au. 
• Re-run the previous advert – nothing required. 
• Artwork to be created by publisher – wait to be contacted. 

4. Receive proof – sign and return

Diary Dates:

Friday 6 November
Completed reservation form must be submitted 

Monday 16 November 
All material/artwork must be submitted 

Wednesday 25 November
Cancellation of an advertising application must be submitted in writing and received 

Reservations, Cancellations & Author’s Corrections

• To guarantee inclusion, the Reservation Form is to be completed and returned by the deadline.
• Artwork for display advertisements and information for listings must be received by the deadline
• Cancellation of an advertising contract must be made in writing and received by the deadline.
• Display artwork supplied must conform to the format and specification. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any artwork supplied which does not comply with the Artwork Specification provided. (eg. Low res. Scans, word documents, images supplied as RGB etc).
• Advertisers will be supplied with a proof copy of their entry for final approval prior to printing.NOTE REGARDING PROOF: Any subsequent changes to previously approved copy will incur an Author’s Correction Charge
• Specific advertising positions within the publication cannot be guaranteed except inside front and back pages.
• Although every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Tourism Top End cannot be held liable for any mistakes or omissions made.
