The Holiday Villas ($110 per night) are ideal for a family or two couples or those who enjoy some extra space and comfort while travelling. They are fully self contained and consist of living/dining area with two adjoining bedrooms and private en-suite.
The first bedroom has a double bed and the second a bunk bed. In the living area there is a sofa bed which can sleep two. Villas can sleep 6 persons (2 adults and up to 4 children).

Directions: Head approx 25km South from Darwin along the Stuart Hwy. Turn right onto the Cox Peninsula Rd. Tumbling Waters Holiday Park is 19km down the Cox Peninsula Rd (Northern entrance to Litchfield National Park). well sign posted - approx 5 minutes past the Territory Wildlife Park at Berry Springs.
