One of Darwin's old buildings that have survived the ravages of time and weather. Visit this restored 1925 stone cottage and its photographic displays and you will get a glimpse of early European Darwin. Lyons Cottage is also known as (BAT-British Australian Telegraph House). LOCATION Cnr of the Esplanade and Knuckey St Darwin. Open Monday to Sunday 10 am to 3 pm, Free of charge.
